Digital Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to manage delivery and build great client relationships.

Job Description

As a Digital Account manager at MO Agency you will be the key point of contact with our clients. You will be allocated a selection of accounts and will be required to manage and promote productive relationships, digital strategies, timelines, and delivery of projects.

Your role is central to successful completion of projects ranging from HubSpot CRM, HubSpot marketing and sales systems, digital campaigns, websites and more. 

The role is suited to a digital native with an enquiring mind and problem solving attitude. You'll join a team of five account managers. 

Responsibilities & duties

Digital Account Managers at MO Agency collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including digital strategists, HubSpot strategists, project managers, content creators, and developers.

Reporting directly to the Agency Service Director, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an Account Management role within an agency environment. They should possess a deep understanding of the dynamic digital marketing landscape.


Key responsibilities

  • Strategy Implementation: Drive the implementation of digital, web and HubSpot projects to enhance customer ROI.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Be willing to be firm with scope creep and strategy tangents. 
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Hold client and MO team accountable. 
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with strategists, designers, developers, content managers, and campaign managers to deliver cohesive and successful campaigns.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market developments, and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications & skills

  • Essential:

    • At least 4 years of work experience in a relevant role.
    • Minimum of two years experience in a digital agency running campaigns, delivering websites, content, etc.
    • Strong understanding of all different digital marketing channels.
    • Proficient with online marketing tools and best practices.
    • Familiarity with web design and development.
    • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
    • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation.
    • Understanding of inbound marketing strategies.
