Another incredible year with the MO Rangers deserved an unforgettable celebration, and our 2024 year end getaway did not disappoint! With animal print outfits and a "wild" theme to match our beautiful venue at Mahikeng Lodge in Magaliesberg, the MO Agency team enjoyed a much needed night away together!
Upon arrival at Mahikeng Lodge, the team gathered around for a delicious lunch that set the tone for the day. While sitting together, the team swapped gifts during our annual secret Santa gift exchange, where each person received something special.
Following the gift exchange, we hosted a team recognition awards ceremony to honour the incredible contributions and achievements of each team member!
Adding a playful twist, we handed out spoof awards, reminiscing about the hilarious and unforgettable MOments that made working alongside our team so enjoyable.
Continuing the celebrations, our CEO, Luke, expressed his gratitude for the team's growth, dedication, and outstanding efforts throughout the year. The lunch concluded with a delightful surprise: a cake pop gender reveal for a very special MO Ranger's baby-to-be, It’s a boy!
Once the year end formalities were completed, the team headed to the pool to cool off, splash around and soak up the last of the sun! It was a moment to connect, unwind, and simply enjoy being together.

As the sun started setting, the team headed to the boma to indulge in a delicious dinner.
Once the night rolled in, the party vibes were unleashed and the team participated in many hours of singing, dancing, beer pong, star gazing and enjoying uninterrupted bonding time together - a night that ended at nearly 3 am, is one that will not be forgotten!
This getaway was more than just a celebration, it was a reminder of how fortunate we are to share these moments with such an extraordinary team. 2024 has been a year of growth, hard work, and momentous achievements for the MO Rangers. From learning new skills to tackling challenges head-on, every milestone was a great success.
As we wrap up this wild ride of a year, we’re already looking ahead to 2025. With this team, the sky’s the limit!
